It started with a gorilla in a pastel suit
In the summer of 1985, or something close to it, a silverback with a gym membership and no impulse control went to Miami for "one weekend." He never left.
He bought a pastel suit he couldn't afford, rolled up the sleeves because suits weren't built for forearms like his, and started lifting on hotel rooftops at sunset because nobody told him he couldn't. Somewhere between his third speedboat and his fourth questionable decision, he noticed something: gym brands were either boring beige or shouting promises that you'd become a god by Tuesday.
He wanted neither. He wanted good stuff with clear labels and no nonsense, in colors that looked like they belonged on Ocean Drive. So he made Ape Fuel.
The serious part
