Every apparel item is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or a change of mind. Please check the size details on the product page before ordering.
If an item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, email photos and your order number within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Supplements
For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened supplements.
- Unopened products: return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. The customer pays return shipping, and original shipping isn't refunded.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Discount codes aren't reissued.
